Another day (one day after the Hotel Nash show), another challenging environment. Perfect place, the Rooftop had an ideal gallery like setting on the outer (air) walls. Obvious problem: no light. And since it was more of an event performance that was OK. Funny though, that not many people made the connection between the colorful (and crazy) projected people/party images and the colorful (and composed) printed images. Those who looked at the pictures more carefully astonishingly all asked the same question: Prague June 2004. Setting up the show on the roof of a house with the help of the great Mr. Davidek. Hotel Nash, Mark´s. Exhibitions for a day give a chance at creatively using spaces. In a minimum amount of time one must invent a complete setup ... and implement it. The perfect inner courtyard at the Nash Hotel is a perfect space, with regular hotel guests in the whirlpool between the pictures. (Taking the pictures down in the middle of the night only adds to the fun...)
